PMP has a  particular interest in IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and Senior Managers across a range of industries for both contract and direct-hire positions.  We also frequently work with IV&V specialists, Testing and QA professionals and Software Developers.

We work with our clients and partners to analyze, refine and accurately describe their position description, ensuring that we understand exactly what type of resource our clients are seeking.  We work to understand hard skills and specific experience required, but also less tangible qualities such as the personality of the candidate and the degree to which the candidate may be a match for the culture of our client’s organization.

Our talent search process is extensive and exhaustive, leveraging our own proprietary database, well-known commercial job boards and databases, many niche websites and resources, major social networking systems, contacts with other partners and clients, and of course personal contact and referrals via our own extensive network of professionals.
