Adriana Christopher has been a manager in IT environments for more than 20 years.  She has managed projects in environments as diverse as state agencies and departments, universities, retail environments, non-profit organizations and government technology contractors.

Adriana's current professional focus is on improving service management processes within organizations.

In addition to her project management training and experience, Adriana is also an accomplished programmer and database administrator.  This technical background has proven invaluable in her project management positions, enabling her to work effectively with technical staff, business center managers and end users.

Adriana has earned a BS in Computer Science and Information Management, and an MBA in Information Technology Management. 

Adriana is a member of the Project Management Institute and of the Information Technology Service Management Forum.  She is both PMI  and ITIL certified.  She is a Board member and former President of the Northern California itSMF local group.

Adriana has spoken on IT Service Management and ITIL at the itSMF national convention and at local and regional meetings of IT professionals.
